Motivational Affirmations are a great way to program your mind for success in any endeavor. Sometimes it might seem funny to say things you really may not feel over and over to yourself but a positive phrase will condition the mind over time to believe in what you are saying.
It is important to try and pick a few phrases and say them out loud for a few minutes each day. Enunciating programs the mind in a more effective manner rather than just saying them silently to yourself.
Also, try to do your affirmations at the same time every day. This allows for even better programing of the mind and hence even greater success.
Don't worry if you don't really believe what you are saying when you get started. You really don't need to believe it is true initially. That is really the whole idea. They are meant to retrain your mind as to what is possible. Giving you a new mindset without old limiting beliefs to get in your way.
