When all fails and the world seems to be falling apart,awaken that little part of you deep inside that says.............only you can make yourself heal
Dont carry past baggage,live for the present,eat healthily and think positive
love everyone around you and start to hate less
Automatically the heaing starts from within
Take life as it comes......give it your all and be good to all.
Always know that there is someone there for you who cares-)
