When we can live in the present moment...detaching ourselves from the past and not worrying about the future...we become more effective in every moment that we have in this life.

This is no small task. The pulls of the past die hard, and the promise of the future...good or bad, can pull our attention away from this moment.

But in reality this is all we have. This moment in time. We must learn from the past without living in it, and expect greatness in the future without drawing us away from the task at hand.

Allow time every day to focus on being in the moment. Breathe and allow yourself the time and space to grow more aware of being..just being...what and who God intends you to be.
