“Every encounter is a chance to love another.”

Every day we come in contact with many people as we go through our day. Sometimes we interact with a friendly hello and other times we may be to busy in thought to acknowledge each other.

If you take the time to acknowledge each person you come across through your day either verbally or just mentally to say hello and that you recognize the perfection of the spirit that dwells in each and every person, you will build love and positive energy throughout your day.

I often think back to the song “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong. “I see friends shaking hands- saying how do you do- what they’re really saying is I love you.”

I often use this exercise when driving to the office in the morning. I think to each and every person I see whether in a car, on a bike, or walking “I love you.” After a few minutes I can feel the energy building in my spirit.

Remember that thoughts are things. They have real power. And remember in all of your interactions that it is a chance for you to acknowledge the perfection in others and expose the perfection that is in you.
