"I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in." -George Washington Carver Nature always makes me feel in awe. It can be quiet and contemplative, strong and powerful, but always beautiful. The farther away you get from the bustling city and closer to nature, the more overwhelming the beauty becomes.
When you meditate and try to focus on a beautiful place in your mind where do you go? To the city? Or do you think of the gentle rush of the waves at the edge of the ocean? Or maybe a place high in the mountains?
Be sure and make an attempt to visit that place you go in your mind in a physical sense at least once per year. It will renew your spirit and remind you of all the little things you may forget when you stay away to long.
Nature is broadcasting.. Make sure you connect enough both physically and mentally to hear it clearly.
