"We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called “Opportunity” and its first chapter is New Year’s Day." -Edith L. Pierce
Well it is the second day of the New Year. How many of us have started with the greatest intentions to use this as an opportunity for change, and went right back to our old habits?
Don't fall into that trap. Remember that it takes just 30 days to change a habit. Once you do that, it is just as hard to break your new habit and return to your old behaviors.
Start each day using affirmations that confirm the new habits you wish to install into your mind.
Write down and plan your day so that their is action to move you towards installing the new habits.
Go to bed each night reviewing your affirmations and your progress.
Sleep well knowing that each day you are becoming more of what you want, and less of what you don't.
You are the author of the book that is your life, make it say whatever you wish.
