Recreation means different things to all people, but it is the time we all most long for.

Many work their whole lives so they can retire and find time for it.

What they find is that they can lose their vitality by putting off play time till later.

If you do not complete an activity on a regular basis, you lose your ability to do it well.

So take time to play on a regular basis, and put off growing old indefinitely.
