There is very little difference between a homeless person, a doctor, a banker, or a rock star.

The only thing that separates them is their habits.

A person is identified by what they do each day, or their particular habit set.

You can change your life by simply changing yours.

The key is to identify the habits that would be necessary for you to make the changes you want, then complete those activities involved with that habit until they become a pattern that is hard to break.
