Tension and worry are two of the biggest health robbers in our society. They cause such things as depression, sleeplessness, and high blood pressure, just to name a few. These are also the diseases we spend the most to treat with pharmaceuticals and hospitalization.
Studies show that you can only change about 6% of the things you worry about.
So take time to evaluate what you worry about. Is it worth risking your health for what little you can actually change?
Then take time to relax, even just a few minutes per day. Your health will thank you for it.
Remember...relaxation is who you are.
