Is there something you want to change in your life physically, mentally, or socially?

The place to begin any change is in your mind. Want to lose weight? Act like a thinner person would act. Eat what they would eat. Exercise as they would.

How would you like to have more financially? Act like a rich person would act. Save more money, finance less purchases, keep better track of your spending.

Want more friends? Act like a better friend. Be more thoughtful and attentive to others. Get out more.

When you act like someone that has mastered the traits you seek to improve, you take on those traits over time and they become part of who you are.
