After reflecting on the dedications and ceremonies associated with the tragedy that took place ten years ago, and seeing first hand last week the rebuilding that is taking place in New York City, it is easy to feel proud to be an American.
Many of the cowards that were responsible for the attacks are dead and gone, and we are rebuilding bigger and stronger than ever.
Patriot Day is a great time to remember the day our country changed forever, and it is a great time to thank the men and women who protect our freedoms and our safety every day.
It is also a time to thank God that we have the good fortune to live in a country that is built on freedom for all of its citizens.
