The holidays have now passed but I can't help but to reflect on the feelings they bring about.
It is a time to be grateful for friends, family, and all the blessings in this life.
It is a time of giving. A time for sharing with people who are in need.
When you take time to share with those around you, even a smile or a kind word, it will surely enhance your mood.
A kind gesture will never go unnoticed, or unrewarded.
Why not treat every day like it were a holiday, and release the happiness inside of you.
It is only in releasing that you can receive.
